How can I donate?
Donations to support our cause can be made starting from a minimum amount of £5.00. If you are donating while purchasing your membership with the IIC, you will be able to choose the amount you wish to donate at the checkout page. Additionally, you have the option to donate at any time throughout the year through our dedicated donation page here.
Do you have multiple payment options?
We understand that purchasing membership has presented challenges in the past and so alongside reviewing our membership rates, we have made changes to our payment options. In addition to our card options, we now offer PayPal as a payment method. If you encounter any difficulties during the payment process on our website, please don't hesitate to contact the IIC office at iic@iiconservation.org.
My membership number has changed, will I still be able to access my previous payment receipts?
While we have recently updated our website, resulting in a change to your membership number, we want to assure you that you will still have access to all your payment receipts for previous membership years. You can easily retrieve them through your account on our website.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership level at any time?
We regret to inform you that you can only upgrade through the membership categories. For instance, if you are currently an Individual or Pathway member and successfully become a Fellow, you will be sent an invoice as to upgrade. If you believe you have purchased the wrong membership category, please don't hesitate to contact the IIC office at iic@iiconservation.org.
What should I do if I forget my login details or password?
Your login details will be associated with the email address you used during the sign-up process, whether it is your personal or work email address. If you have changed jobs and need to update your email, you can easily do so by accessing the 'Your account' settings on your profile. In case you forget your password, you can initiate a password reset by clicking on the "forgot your password" link in the login area.
